Specks of flaking paint that is coming off the surface. This can be caused by a variety of things like poor surface preparation, unstable surface or paint applied too thinly during application.  May look something like this:

How do I fix it?

Pressure-wash or clean the surface well. Then, sand* and scrape away all loose or flaking paint. Finally, apply a high-quality latex exterior paint.

As always, please refer to the Product Label, Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet for safety and detailed application instructions.
