What is Wrinkling?

Buckling paint caused by painting a warm, sunlit or wet surface. 

It may look something like this:

 Follow these steps:
  1. Scrape* away all loose or flaking paint.
  2. Dull the surface with a fine grit sandpaper.
  3. Wipe off the surface to remove any loose grit.
  4. Seal the surface with a high-quality primer.
  5. Paint the surface. In high-traffic areas, use premium latex interior paint.

How do I fix it?
